From IMDB: Magic is a creepy thriller starring Anthony Hopkins as a ventriloquist whos dummy, Fats, has a life of its own. To get away from the pressures of show business Hopkins, along with Fats, flees to the country where he meets up with Peggy Ann Snow(A-M!) an old highschool sweetheart. When things appear to heat up between the two Fats interferes to make sure no one comes between him and Hopkins.

My Thoughts: I loved this film for many reasons. One, Anthony Hopkins and Ann-Margret are OSOM together! My favorite scene is the intense card scene where Corky(Hopkins) is trying to read A-M's mind. For other reasons, that dummy is really scary looking!  I really loved Ann-Marget's character peggy Ann Snow(by the way, this part was written specifically with her in mind) Peggy is just very natural, and sweet! There's no glitz, and glamour, and songs just a woman caught in a troubled and loveless marriage giving love another chance with Corky. I can't really explain it but I Just LOVE her in this one!!!! It gets really scary midway through and the ending is really eerie. If you like thrillers you'll probably enjoy this one.  Here are a few pics from Magic!
