How To Make The Stand

What you need: Two pieces of wood, a hammer and nails or some all-purpose glue.

One of the pieces will be the floor and the other will be the wall. The floor should be large enough to have space for your bear and his stool. The wall should be a bit higher than the bear, and at the same time large enough to display your picture. One side of the floor should be the same length as the bottom edge of the wall so that the two pieces fit together. Simply attach the wall and the floor together at right angles, using either nails or strong glue, and paint if you want. You can also put wallpaper on the wall.

It is better to make the bear, stool and window first and then the stand, because this way you can make sure the stand will be exactly the right size.
