How To Make The Honey
Pot
What you need: Clay, brown paint (also yellow if you want a full honey pot).
Many crafts shops sell small packets of clay that can be baked in an oven.
Mould the clay into the shape of a pot. You can use a wooden stick to help you. First make a ball out of the clay and then make a dent in it with the stick. With the stick in the ball of clay, roll the clay against the palm of your hand by moving the stick back and forth, the same way you roll dough with a rolling pin when baking. This will make a dent larger and at the same time keep the pot round. When ready, press the pot gently against a flat surface to flatten the bottom of the pot. To make a full pot of honey, shape the pot out of a ball of clay without making it hollow, and then carve out a bit from the top.

Bake the pots according to the instructions on the packet. Paint the pots and, if you want, label them "Honey".
