How To Make The Food Packets

What you need: Cardboard, labels from food packets, fabric, felt tip pens, small medicine bottles or other bottles, embroidery thread, cotton wool, paint, sellotape and glue.

To make a packet of something, fold a piece of cardboard into a box, attaching the sides together with sellotape. Cut out a suitable piece from the label of a food packet and glue onto the cardboard box.

To make a bag of something, cut two rectangles of fabric and sew them together, right sides facing each other, on three sides. Turn inside out, label the bag using felt tip pens, stuff with cotton wool and tie closed with a strand of embroidery thread.

To make a bottle, for example a wine bottle, put some paint in a small empty bottle and turn the bottle around to spread the paint all over the inside of the bottle. If the paint is too viscous, dilute it with a small amount of water. Cut a part of a real label to make a label for the bottle and glue it on.
