Server Build Project:

·         One of the few engineers worked with Microsoft Engineer and Consultant to implement the very first Windows 2000 Advanced Cluster servers with SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition in a production environment.

·         Hardened the servers/OS by disabling unnecessary services, securing registry/file/directory permissions, applying security templates, installing anti-virus software and latest definition files, applying latest security patches, re-arranging network binding order, and configuring WINS and DNS settings.

·         Built, configured, installed thousands of Windows NT/2000/2003 (firewall and non-firewall), and Novell NetWare 5.X as well as layered tools (Legato/ARCserve backup, MS network monitoring utilities, version control, syskey tool (is designed to prevent password attacks by strongly encrypting the SAM database using 128-bit cryptography), Symantec Norton Antivirus Enterprise v7.51/8.1, etc.), Windows Cluster, MS SQL, and Exchange 2000 servers using External Disk Storage/Direct Attached Storage (DAS) such RAID1, RAID 0+1, RAID5, or Emulex/QLogic Fibre (HBAs) for SAN.
