Placing an order and paying for your items

Thank you for checking us here.

I opened this shop as an extension of my hobby so I'm not really like any of those big time online shops you see everywhere. Let's just say, I'm one of your friendly online stores who wishes to bring Korean stationery closer to you.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Once you have decided to order a certain item, simply send me an email.
EMAIL ADDRESS: [email protected]

In your email, please state the following information:
1. NAME AND your complete mailing ADDRESS
2. WHAT ITEM/S AND HOW MANY YOU WANT
(Ex: Natural Gallery Lettersets: 15PIECES)
3. How do you want it to be delivered: by Airmail or Surface
(I recommend you use the AIRMAIL unless you are ordering a lot of items. Please see note below.)

SETTING A MINIMUM ORDER

Due to overseas airmail costs and sales taxes, I needed to set a minimum order on everything.

LETTERPADS: *** A6 : two pads
                         *** all bigger sizes: one full letterpad
LETTERSETS: *** for 2 sheets, one envelope:
                       three sets (3-6 designs: 12 sheets, 6 env)
                         *** for 1 sheet, one envelope:
                       three sets (15 designs: 15 sheets, 15 envelopes)

NOTEBOOKS: two notebooks

MEMOPADS: two full memopads

A4 SHEETS: two sets (2 designs: 20 sheets)

AIRMAIL, SHIPPING and HANDLING

All items will be sent by airmail unless you prefer otherwise. However, I recommend sending by airmail for small items.

It usually takes 10-12 days to get to any destination except some parts of Europe where it may take 2-3 weeks, like Germany and Italy among others.

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE DOLLAR EXCHANGE RATE.
