| Last night, was my last class for my vocal training. It will be another 3 weeks until my next term begins. I am glad I ended this term with this piece - "An unexpected song", instead of "Wishing you were somehow here again". Not many people know about this piece I assume, because it's not as popular as The Phantom Of The Opera. But it's a nice pretty piece. Choosing this piece is not just because my vocal strength can work better, but also the lyrics. I need something that can help me to express the emotion. I am a bit surprised that I can deliver the feeling of falling in love and "the surprise of being loved". It's some sweet feelings, warm touches, to the heart and to the soul. Even just by reading the lyrics. For the first time in my life, I am singing by myself instead of sitting at piano seat. (Maybe I need find someone who can play the piano then I get to sing. Volunteer ? Anyone ?) Yes, it was wonderful to sing the feeling of falling in love. It will be great if I have someone to sing to. But again, who knows. Life is full of surprise. Something amazing about music is "one is great, but being one of couple is even better". |
