Welcome everyone to my web page. My name is Vatanak, a student from CIS department of Mission College. This week I'm asked to make my own web page to complete a homework assigned in Lab 3. Since I've never experienced this kind of assignment before, I really lack of ideas of how to make a very attractive web page. I might make many mistakes in writing, decorating, etc... some sorts of things that you will find as you keep going on reading. However, I've put all of my effort for this work. My full name is Vatanak Sok. I was born in Phnom Penh city of Cambodia. Finished diploma degree in 2003, I continue to take bachelor degree in Thailand. This is the second year of living in Thailand. In present, I'm studying at Mission College, located in Muaklek district of Saraburi province. I'm now crawling through the second semester as a college student (I started as an Interaction II' student of English as Second Language department.) My only major and not minor is Computer Information System. As for me, I sometime find it very hard to comprehend the loaded lessons and assignments given by many lecturers but somehow, I have to go through them. It is like a quotation which says "Never give up your faith in doing a certain thing even though you stumbled many times, because you will never walk on that rough route once you stumbled there.. [top]I have many hobbies but I've chosen to post some here... Many of them might not be pleasant to hear about but I can't help as I already stick to them since I was very young until now... :)
I was born originally Buddhist. Everyone in my family is Buddhist. But wonder why I converted myseft to become a Christian? Well, the story happened after I transferred to an Adventist school in eleventh grade. I was taught about God because there was a Bible class in the curriculum. So I commanced learning about Him; i went to church, listened to many sermons... Being in God's sight, seeing many miracles God did for many children at school, and reading the Bible, my belief was eventually changed and I decided to get baptized. I baptized in 2004 at Mission College Church. Now, my only God is the One standing right in the picture below.
Click on the picture for Online Bible Study.My hometown is Cambodia so I want to introduce you one of the famous achitecture in my country. It is Angkor Wat temple, known as the soul of the realm. The construction of this temple took place in the 11th. It had a very vivid history regardless of the history of wars with the countries nearby. Furthermore, this temple has been preserved with the very last blood-drop by every Cambodian.
Beyond the delightful sculpture on the walls of the temple, it's been built with the most complex form. Be reminded that it is accepted as the seventh world heritage. If we rewind the time in that day, we would keep no doubtful intention regarding why this temple is highly promoted internationally. In addition, there are many achitectural temple surrounded this temple. Some of them were built for religious purpose and some as a reminder for bravery kings or people in during that day. However, nowadays, this achitecture is one of the most essential source at attracting foreigners to come and visit.
If anybody wish to visit, you're welcome to come and talk to me. I'll keep no words to give you more detail about this temple. Sufficient guidelines of how to spend your holidays in my country will also be provided. (you will find some of the nicest places to visit and you will never want to forget that you've once been in my country!!!)
