Today is the second to last day before school starts again. I'm excited because it is an all 80's weekend for labour day. They are playing the cure, morrissey, depeche mode, bronsky beat, tmbg (they might be giants), and david bowie! So I'm very happy right now :). Last night my lip got split in two (I was on James' trampoline and my lip hit Danny's head, poor Danny got impaled too), so I'm in a considerable amount of pain right now. It's still bleeding which isn't good because it happened last night. None of our medicine is vegan (darn gelatin gel caps) so I am relying on lots of ice and numbness to get through it. I kind of have a punk look going on because I have a strip of purpley-black down the middle of my lip and in the center this star shaped bruise. Oh well, it's always good for an exciting story of a bar brawl. My dad just came upstairs and said that he will get me 2 free cd's through bmg (I think he feels sorry for me). So far I have narrowed it down to:

Bjork-Post

Meat Beat Manifesto

NIN-Broken

Radiohead-The Bends

Portishead

I can't decide, I'll have to pick 2 at random (puts names in cup). Here goes-the winners are Bjork and NIN. Jenn and I were supposed to work tonight but Whitman just called and said that he can't make it because he just got back from Vegas. But that's fine because that's why I get to make this webpage! I'm getting my own domain soon, so that will be fabulous. Also it means I don't have to go out in public. Yesterday I went to the fabric store with my mom because I got 3 yards of this really beautiful wine coloured satin a while back, but I don't have any patterns. I got this gauzy black material and am going to make a bustier styled tank top and two skirts. I'm excited, the only labour going into this will be my own. We are having a vegan barbeque tonight because Hilary and Justina are here. Tomorrow I'll probably go over to Michael's house. I really want to see his baby sister, I haven't seen her for a while. I hope to scan pictures and put them up soon, I found a scanner for $20, but it is 36 bit and only has 300x600 ppi. So I'll have to decide if it is worth it. There's more coming to this site soon, so keep coming back!
