Frau is so funny. Today she asked us if we wanted a test tomorrow, and we all said no. So she decided that we would have one. This test is going to be really long, it will take 2 days. I guess that's why it's 4th year German, though all we've done so far is write speeches to read in front of the class.
I ceramics I managed to make a cylinder though I destroyed it accidentally with my nail. Theresa told me how her nose is going to fall off, and I discoved that wheel number four has massive shocking power.
At lunch Lauren told me about watching Star Wars in mythology for its epic good vs. evil theme, which I thought was exciting. James told me I should try out for wrestling. I did a height test with Danny and I am taller than him, which suprised me. His friend from Oregon is coming to visit soon.
In art I had fun making up movie star names in latin with Charles, like Ultimus Maximus. But then they started to sound too professional wrestler-esque.
Speaking of professional wrestling Elise is going to WWF in San Jose. I think that is hilarious. I bought her WWF finger puppets a while back. Pro Wrestling is like a Soap Opera in spandex.
I picked Jenn up for CC at about 5:15 and we got there with plenty of time to spare (for some reason traffic was much better today). She came up with the best rhyme for our test we had tonight, Run Lotic Run. Running water is referred to as lotic. I thought that was fabulous. The test was all essay and definitions. We had to draw the hydrological cycle, so I thought that was exciting. I wanted to draw a food chain, but that wasn't one of the questions.
After the test we watched this lazerdisk about smog in LA and pollution on the Rhein and the North Sea. A lot of it was in Deutschland.
When I got home I watched the women's gymnastics competition for awhile. Gymnastics is one of the only sports I like to watch. Pres got a new ball, and I was really scared because his mouth started to bleed because it was so hard. I thought he might have gotten seriously hurt, but I checked his whole mouth and he was fine. He managed to get his whole body in my lap today, though he is much bigger and heavier than I am.
