True Friends
What is a true friend to you?
To me, a friendship ...
No, a true friendship is like love,
It cannot be defined. They are the
People who really care about you
And worry about you when you're
Not at your best.
They look out for you,
Never letting their guard down.
They'll do anything for you,
Even stand up for you when
Someone is hurting you physically,
Mentally, or emotionally. Oh
Sure, anyone can say they're a
True friend, and everyone has
At one point in their lives, but
Are they really?
True friends don't know they mean
That much to you, so they never
Admit or say that they're a true
Friend, they just are. True friends
Are a one-of-a-kind and truly your
best friends.
They are the ones worth keeping,
The ones you should love and
Cherish every day. They will touch
Your heart and soul deeper than
Anything or anyone ever has,
Because they are the angels that
Sit on your shoulders and the
Heroes you thought never
Existed.
