O Me and my music! |

|
Playing music, specifically guitar, has been quite a passion of mine for the past nine or so years. There is no release (age appropriate) like picking up a musical instrument and playing it. It helps relieve stress and gets your chi, the energy of vitality, in a more perfect balance. Playing for an audience is an entirely different realm of bliss. Feeling the symbiotic relationship between audience and performer from the other end can never be described in words. They can only be described through song and the emotion that resides within. Below are a few pictures from various places where I have engaged myself in open mic performances. Open mic is a wonderful way to build skills and confidence. The audience is not expecting perfection and is receptive to what you are trying to express through song. |
