Armed with no more than their instruments and a song in their hearts, Mindflayer is a local 4-piece instrumental band. Alternative metal with a twist. We're here to fight the good battle against shitty music so you don't have to. Our influences range from Iced Earth, to Rage and system of a Down, to Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin. We've been playing together for about 6 months. We played multiple shows this past summer, and on September 25, we recorded a 9 song debut album, "Mindslave." So, to answer the question; "What the hell is Mindflayer?" We don't quite know, but who does? |
