COOPERATIVE MULTIPLE TRACKS TO SPACE
This is an attempt to situate the Oceanbase effort in the overall
picture of efforts for reaching RCC space-capabilities. The idea is
to have an emerging tracking system, that allows to relate various
efforts with each other. This shall allow to draw on synergies and/or
trade off alternatives, etc. Ideally each effort and sub-effort can
be tracked with an own URL-code.

orbit; "MSN/qfish" is raising fish as an option for a food source on
the surface of Mars. After a q the general above keys no longer
apply, and need to be specified again.
(US/CH): at the end designates the authors of this particular idea or
effort. (For example in this case Ueli Scheuermeier and Cory Horner
have both put time into developing this thing, and claim it as a
tradeable input).
