The True Princess - Four Usagi-chan usagi@tuxedomask.com I don't own Sailormoon or anything pertaining to. E-mail me! ~~~ "Usagi-chan, we need to talk." It was the third day in a row that Usagi found herself in Mamoru's living room. She was seated in the center of the couch with Michiru sitting in the arm chair, Haruka standing next to Michiru and Mamoru by the balcony door. "About?" Usagi asked, glancing between the three people. "The senshi... They..." Haruka began before faltering and looking to Michiru for help. "Even if Sailorvenus is the princess, they shouldn't have let you get hurt that way. If you had been hit once more, you would have died." Michiru's voice was calm and collected. "We can't risk losing any of the senshi." "I... It wasn't there fault. The youma..." Usagi tried to defend her friends. "We understand that they are your friends, and fellow warriors, Usagi-chan, but your life is more valuable than..." Michiru's voice trailed off. How could they explain to her that her life was more valuable without telling her that she is really the Moon Princess? "We want you to stay away from them. We want you to fight with us, rather than the inner senshi." Haruka told her ruthlessly. Mamoru watched as Usagi was consumed by the grief that came with losing friends. Her anguish was so...complete, at the mere thought of losing them. Mamoru thought she never looked so angelic. Crystalline tears began to fall down her pale cheeks, and her lower lip quivered with emotion. "I..." Usagi's voice faltered. Suddenly it dawned on Mamoru why Usagi was so upset. Usagi's heart was so open, without the normal barriers most people had. Her heart welcomed everyone, no matter what. It wasn't a conscious thing. She just did it. "Usagi, you have to." Haruka's tone was not one to be messed with. "Enough!" Mamoru startled everyone. He came and sat down next to Usagi, pulling her against him in a comforting hug. "You can't demand that she give up her friends like this. I won't allow it." "And who are you to be making these demands?" Haruka asked viciously. Mamoru took a deep breath before replying. "I am Endymion, Prince of Earth." Usagi's head shot up to look at him. She took in a small breath of air. "You? You are Endymion?" She asked. "The one destined to be with the Princess of the Moon?" Michiru looked at her startled. "How did you know that?" She asked sharply. "Princess Serenity and Prince Endymion were engaged during the Silver Millennium, and they were soulmates, or something." Usagi replied. "You and Minako-chan..." "Usagi, who told you that?" Michiru asked, ignoring Usagi's last comment. "I don't know. I just knew." Usagi shrugged. "Did Luna tell you? One of the other senshi?" Usagi shook her head. "It just came to me. Why is this so important?" "Is she regaining her memories?" Haruka asked Michiru. "Memories?" Usagi asked. "I think so..." Michiru replied. "Should...should we tell her?" Mamoru asked, praying the answer would be no. "Yes, it would be best." Michiru nodded her affirmation. Mamoru shut his eyes tightly. "Tell me what?" Usagi exclaimed, pulling away from Mamoru and standing up. She was dressed in one of Mamoru's many white dress shirts, with the long sleeves rolled up. Her soft hair fell freely and her eyes were full of emotion. "Usagi, Sailorvenus lied to you. She isn't the Moon Princess. You are. You are the Moon Princess, my soulmate, my love." Mamoru told her. Usagi stared at him in disbelief. She opened her mouth and only one word came out. "No." ~~~
