Guybrush Threepwood |

Description |

Guybrush Threepwood, the lovably inane hero of our film. Although he always wanted to be a pirate, some would question whether he actually made it. some would say that killing the ghost/zombie/demon pirate LeChuck three times is quite a piratey accomplishment (as well as his uncanny ability to hold his breath for ten whole minutes). But he is a little whiney, and can at times annoy the hell out of you, but that's just his nature really. A swashbuckler, a rogue, all these things and less, this is Guybrush Threepwood. |

Who should play him? |

Of course, if we were going for Authenticity, then the perfect Guybrush would have been Dominic Armato, the original voice for Guybrush, but could he act that way and would he look the part? But that got us thinking, what if this wasn't live action, and was animated or computer generated, then it would only be down to the voice, and Dominic Armato would be perfect. Other good voices would also be Michael J. Fox, Matthew Perry or Matt Damon. Adam Sandler was suggested which we thought may have worked for live action as well as Brendan Frasier. |
