The banished guardian Lucifer is taking over the Digital World. With his powers even stronger then they were, with the help of the darkness that consumed him, he was able to break out of his prison and seek revenge. His goal by destroying the Digi World is to break the rift between all the different worlds and thus so succeeding in wiping out all Life everywhere.
Spreading his dark energy by the use of Kuro Crystals he is slowly breaking down the Digi World. There are 28 Kuro Crystals scattered around the lands each representing one of the 28 constellations.
He is able to keep the Crystals gaurded with the help of Lady Reaper and Genises digimon. Lucifer created the Genises as a type of super powered Digimon to keep all obsticles at bay. Each one is affiliated with a basic element and have the characteristics of humans but hearts of stone.
As the Digidestined are sucked back into the Digital World, it is up to them to stop this new Evil. With new Destined, friends and Digivolutions they are on their way. But will even those things get them ready to face the challenges up ahead? Or will Darkness finally reign over all? |
