Exposed in the field of credit admin and financial analysis, remedial management, acquired assets, property appraisal, corporate banking and my expertise-- account management in Retail Lending. One of the department head level officers of the Bank(Senior Manager rank)assigned in Mortgage Banking Unit- Retail Lending Group. The Unit provides funding to big real estate developers as well as lending opportunities to individual OFWs and entrepreneurs / businessmen; to have decent dwellings and residence/s for their families and... OTHER loved ones-Hmmn... just kidding.
Have 2 kids and one simple and of course, lovely wife. Residing in a modest house in Pasig-Greenwoods Executive Village.
My no. 1 sports is taekwondo ( an oldie but goody brown belter since 1989 --- no time to upgrade to black where you'll be gleefully attacked by 3 blackbelters and lots of lower belts for more than 3 minutes). Too much for that, I'm also into bowling, basketball and billiards.
