After graduation, Darla spent two years at PUC earning her associates degree in Early Childhood Education. At PUC, she met Louis Lique whom she married in December 1996.
Today, Darla and Louis live in Daytona Beach, FL. Darla teaches preschool at a local daycare.
Darla is an avid "cross-stitcher" and has made and given away too many beautiful creations to count.
She recently fulfilled a lifelong dream of traveling to Prince Edward Island and visiting the setting of the beloved Anne of Green Gables books.
