After Milo, he attended Walla Walla College where he earned a degree in mass communications.
While at WWC, Jay met and married Jennifer Schroetlin.
He also worked at the College sponsored radio station, KGTS.
After Jay graduated in 1996 from WWC, he and Jennifer moved to Wenatchee, WA where he built and then managed KPLW, a Christian music station.
Jay was a part of the broadcast team covering General Conference in Toronto. While there, he was offered the position of communication director for Adventist Frontier Missions in Berrien Springs, Michigan.
He accepted the position and moved there in August 2000.
His job keeps him very busy. He manages a mission journal, video production, internet sites, public relations, and public speaking engagements.
Jay says that God has really blessed him and it is exciting to see how God works in the lives of others.
