After Milo, Bert attended Walla Walla College for one year, majoring in Bilogy.
He took a brief hiatus then returned to school in 1999.
Currently, Bert works in the field of new home construction in Modesto, California where he lives with his wife and son, Caleb.
Bert and his wife are expecting a second son, they plan to name Noah, in November.
