Constructing Sakredchao's Twisted Orbital

Here are step by step instructions for Sakredchao's Twisted Orbital. This is what I'd like to call the "ARGH" chain because that's what you'll be saying as you make this chain, more or less.

Step 1: Start out by making a simple 2in1 chain consisting of 8 rings.
