WSOP Poker Tour - Season 2
The new blind structure seems to be working out well.  When play got down to three handed, the blinds were only at 200-400 which gave everyone enough chips to play some quality poker as opposed to an all-in fest.

The heads up match featured last years runner up Chuck Lozier versus Gregg Arrendale.  At the start of heads up, Chuck held a 2:1 chip advantage having just taken Joe Nicholes out (3rd place).  Gregg battled back eventually pulling even in chips with Chuck.  However, Chuck seemed destined to win after taking some big pots from Gregg, leaving him with only 800 in chips.  But Gregg would not go quietly, doubling up twice to 3,200 in chips.

Alas, Gregg could not overcome the 6:1 chip deficit.  With the blinds at 400-800 the final hand played out as follows.:

(62%) (38%)
Chuck heads to the flop with nearly a 2:1 advantage
The flop:
Gregg and Chuck both miss the flop.  Chuck's advantage widens (78% vs. 20% and 2% chance of a tie) as his Ace high is still best and he's picked up an open ended straight draw.  Gregg needs to catch a 3 or 4, or running diamonds to extend the game.
The turn:
Gregg is all but dead in the water, needing a 3 or a 4 on the river.  Chuck now has an 86% chance of winning the tournament.
The river:
Chuck wins the second tournament with his Ace high and currently sits at the top of the overall standings after the first two months.
