The results are in.....after many months of voting resulting in a whopping 6 votes.......drum roll .........the best quote was......a tie between - Women are the Fucking Rake and 594-Star!!!
Well it was a tight race with a total of 7 votes recorded, but the Greenery was voted best bar in Athens with 3 votes. The Pub and Junction tied for second with 2 votes a piece. Personally, I think (and voted) the Greenery is the best bar. So many memories from the first two years at Athens, Brain Stompers, $2 pitchers on Tuesdays (country night) and so many others. Too bad its no longer on campus. So the next time you go out to throw back a few, make sure you toast the Greenery!!!
