Will pushed All-In preflop and was called.  The cards were flipped over and Will was dominated (24% vs 48%) given that they share the Ace, but had a 28% chance to tie.
The flop:
Neither player hits the flop.  While Tony's winning percentage remains virtually unchanged at 49%, Will's winning percentage is cut in half to 13%.  The chance of a tie increases to 38%.
The turn:
The 2 of hearts on the turn increases Tony's winning percentage to 70% leaving Will with only a 16% chance to win and a 14% chance to tie.  Will needs a 3 or a 5 to win or a 2 or a 4 to tie.
The river:
The river is the 9 of diamonds which makes Tony's 7 kicker good for thie win.
