2006 WSOP POKER TOUR

Entry Fee: $60 per month. Paid in installments of $180 due as follows:

• At the first event (June 20^th, 2005)

• At the third event (August 15^th, 2005)

• At the fifth event (October 17^th, 2005)

• At the seventh event (December 19^th, 2005)

Schedule: 3^rd Monday of Every Month - Draw for seats at 7:20pm Cards fly at 7:30pm. If you are late, your chips will be blinded off until you arrive. (Bold/Italics = Payment Due)

Point System: The point system will be the basis of the competition in determining the overall winner at the end of the year. Each player will be awarded points based on his finish in the monthly tournament. The player with the most points at the end of the year WILL participate in the 2006 WSOP Main Event.

In the event of a tie at the end of the year between three or more people, the players will play one additional tournament with the winner advancing to the 2006 WSOP Main Event.

If there is a tie between two people, the players will play the best of three heads-up tournaments with the winner advancing to the 2006 WSOP Main Event.

Rules:

• The overall points winner HAS to go to the WSOP and play in the Main Event.

• Each player is allowed to designate a person to play in his place for ONE EVENT if he cannot attend. In each subsequent missed tournament, the player's chips will be blinded off and he will be awarded the appropriate number of points based on his finish.

• No collusion or deals between players such that one person gains an unfair advantage over other players (i.e. chip dumping). Any player caught cheating will not receive any points for that tournament. A second offence by a player will result in being kicked out of the group and forfeiture of any monies already submitted.

• Any disagreements or rule/blind/starting chip changes will be decided by a majority vote.

• No splitting of points/money in the monthly tournaments.

• Cards speak for themselves (i.e. if you say you have a pair of aces but really have 3 queens, you play the 3 queens).

• If a card is flipped over during dealing, the exposed card will become the burn card and the burn card will become the players first or second down card. Ask if you have questions.

• If a board card (flop, turn or river) is exposed before betting is completed, the exposed card and previous burn card are placed back in the deck which is then reshuffled.

• Tables will be broken down to keep them as even as possible with the player being moved to a position similar to the previous table (with respect to the button/dealer).

• If two players go out on the same hand, the losing player which started the hand with the most chips finishes in the higher spot (i.e. three way pot, 2 players are all-in. Player 1 has 1,500 in chips and Player 2 has 250 in chips. Player 1 finishes in 10^th place and Player 2 finishes in 11^thplace).
