Henry Francis Jefferson Mills
Henry Francis Jefferson Mills fought in the Civil War. He served in the Confederate Army as a private in Co. F, 33rd.Ala.Regt. called the "Covington Blue & Grays". He was mustered in on March 11, 1862 and was wounded in the Battle Of Chicamauga. After being wounded he served the remainder of his time as a nurse. Following the war, he
received a Confederate pension and lived out the remainder of his life in Buloock community which is now Crenshaw County, Ala. When his time was up in the Army, he was taken to Montgomery, Ala. where he "walked" home  to Bullock,Alabama.
Henry was described as being 5-5, blue eyes and light hair... on his war records.
