"The Most Improved Award" - vote for the team that has improved the most from last season.
"Scout" - vote for the manager who had originally owned the rights to the best rookie (both in the long term and short term).
"The Thief" - vote for the manager who pulled off the most beneficial trade of the year.
"Hidden Gem" - vote for the FA pickup of the year.
"Jack of All Trades" - vote for that guy that you know is a good active manager that deserves some award but doesn't quite fit into any of the above cateogires.
