Her show: "Thoroughly Modern Millie," based on the 1967 movie about a hayseed-turned-flapper determined to make her way in big ol' New York City.

Born: March 1975, in Georgia.

Education: High school in Troy, Mich.; attended Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh and Hunter College in New York.

Now lives: On West 55th Street, in the heart of midtown Manhattan.

Personal: She's 5-foot-9 with brown eyes, light-brown hair (washed regularly) and a Mary Tyler Moore nose.

Significant other: Boyfriend Christian Borle, an actor. They've been together about 15 months.

Cast album: "I listened to it alone, in my room, maybe once."

Other shows: On Broadway as Eponine in "Les Misérables," Star to Be in "Annie," Sandy in "Grease!" and in the ensemble of "The Scarlet Pimpernel." Elsewhere: "The Will Rogers Follies," San Diego's Old Globe, Connecticut's Goodspeed Opera House, the San Jose (Calif.) Musical Theatre and the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera.

Awards: 2002 Tony and Drama Desk awards for "Millie."

To stay in shape: Does yoga, tap-dances her toes and butt off in "Millie."

When she's not working: Likes to play computer games and spend time with Christian, who's been cast in the upcoming musical "Amour."
