Biography

Kobe Byant was born on August 23, 1978. Bryant is the son of NBA player Joe Jellybean Bryant and his wife Pamela Cox, sister of NBA player John Chubby Cox. Within weeks of being drafted by the Hormets at the age of 18 bryant was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers.

Enen though Kobe was very young when he entered the NBA his teamates were impressed by the work he did on the court. Bryant's career trajectory as an NBA player out of high school has been exceptional. By 24 years of age, Bryant had won many individual awards, and had been named to the All-NBA team multiple times. He is regarded as one of the best players in the NBA. Bryant helped the Los Angeles Lakers to three NBA championships. Bryants remarkable talent on the court has make him one of the most marketable players in the NBA.

On April 18, 2001 Kobe married Vanessa Cornejo Ubrieta Laine in Dana Point, California. Because of the race of Vanessa Kobe's father disowned him from his life. Even though kobe's father did that it didn't fase him because he went on with his life with vanessa. Now they have a beutiful daughter named Natalia who was born on January 19, 2003.Till this day Kobe is still going strong even though him and his wife had some hard times in 2003 he is still playing ball like nothing ever happened. and I'm pretty sure that through out the rest of his career he is going to continue to break world records.

Kobe Goes to COURT

In July of 2003 Kobe was accuesed for sexualy assulting Kate Faber. Even though he admitted to having sex with the 19 year old employee he still fought and the case was dropped. The accuser dropped the case because she didn't want to testify in court abviously because she had no proof that he raped her. Come on I''m pretty sure that any young girl would want to have sex with a famous rich athlete. Through this all it has only made Kobe and his family stronger in all aspects of their life. so no matter waht comes thier way they will be ready to fight.
