This is a swamp in the Eastern Shore of Virginia National Wildlife Refuge just across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. The refuge used to be a U.S. Air Force installation. It has two huge turrets where large cannons used to be. It was pretty interesting, but the bugs where ferocious!

During Jeremy's visit, he was able to view the Leonid Meteor shower. He only saw a small number of meteorites. He got lucky with this one. He took almost 200 shots and got only one decent one on camera.
