We've just returned from our trip to Iowa. Lindsey and Joe's wedding was beautiful and the reception was a blast. We also did some partying and had lots of fun catching up with old friends. The Dubuque fireworks display was the best we've seen in years. Ken and Shirley's barbeque went well. It started bright and early with the boys (and one girl) golfing in the morning. The bean bag toss tourney was fun, Jeremy enjoyed it alot, he couldn't stop playing, especially after coming from behind (12-2) to knock Ken and Darryl out of the tourney. As the kids wore out we settled into some card playing and Jeremy and Darryl took home the money in separate games of poker. Laura won a game or two of euchre. All in all our trip was alot of fun and we enjoyed spending time with our family and friends. Hope you all enjoy the pictures.

		The bean bag toss is a game that requires much skill.
		To throw effectively, Rick has tongue out ever so slightly. The smile on Jen's face is hiding her anger for the devastating loss she suffered on her own board.
		As Jeremy released the bean bag, he realized that Darryl had just broken wind.

		At the fireworks show, Owen found that a bag full of crackers makes an excellent hat.
		This is a pic of the kids waving their light sticks around as the first fireworks start to go off.

		With timed exposures the falling fireworks create an interesting trail.
