On Mother's Day Weekend, Jeremy, his Mom Laurie, and her husband Russ went to the Dodge Charger 500 at Darlington Raceway in Darlington, SC. They camped with some of Jeremy's friends, Ben and Kimberly. They went to the Busch Race and the Nextel Cup Race. It was a fun weekend.

 

 

 

 

 

 

This was our camping spot. The campground packed everyone in like sardines. You can count four different campers right next to each other. The little pop-up A-frame was ours. Our shower is just to the right of our camper.

We got lucky because when you buy tickets, you have no idea where the drivers pit boxes will be. Jr's pit was right in front of us.

Since it was Mother's Day, the drivers rode around the track with their moms before the start of the race.

We had a good view of Newman's Pit from our seats.
