Without a doubt the most dominant team ever assembled, opponents crumbled in the face of this devastating lineup. In addition to the return of Watcher Davide and Damian Helmbold, Rich Russell joined the team. With a keen mix of basehitters and overpowering sluggers, 13 victories were won by the mercy rule. This was also probably the best defensive team in its history. It marked the debut of Scott Liese as the regular pitcher. In the finals, short of players, Damian Helmbold cut his cast off of his broken wrist and proceeded to hit five home runs and drive in 11 runs.
