MFA RUGGED CHARM




MFA Rugged Charm     Now here's a cutie for you: MFA Rugged Charm, American Paint Horse filly, formerly known as Takoda. She joined my barn around the same time that my Treasured Moves mare, "MFA Charmed I'm Sure" did, so the two are "related." Charmed is Rugged Charm's "dam," and this little gal's "sire" is actually the BF Celebration Horse from a couple years ago, Rugged Painted Lark. So now I own a Breyer "family" even though I hadn't intended for it to be that way. But now you see where Rugged Charm's name came from: Rugged Painted Lark and Charmed I'm Sure. Sometimes I feel so clever. *chuckles*

     She hasn't yet shown; to date, Rugged Charm has been a shelf model, though I think she might not do too poorly in a foal class. Every time I look at her, I think of other horses her size that have won huge ribbons, and I almost laugh because those ribbons would dwarf her way too much!
