Q. Does it hurt?
A. Yes, to some extent, but it's pretty much in your own frame of mind. If you firmly believe it will hurt...then it will. It is generally described as being a constant pin pricking feeling.
Q. Is it safe?
A. Yes.
- Sterilized equipment is used every time.
- Your needle is your own, they are never used twice.
- Ink is poured from the ink bottle into your own container, and unused ink is discarded along with the container.
Q. How long will it last?
A. The tattoo itself will last your entire lifetime, but the color generally fades over a period of 3-5 years, depending on your skin type.
