Street Jazz is really Hip Hop that incorporates technical Jazz elements like turns and jumps. This is not your momma's jazz class! Liz's 15 minute abs routine is a favorite at the gym and in fact was created in response to popular demand! I won't lie to you like the infomercial people do on those late night TV shows.....results will vary based in your current level of fitness and your body type, but you WILL see results.
