Many young innocent lives are being saved at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre. Last year, your Zakat made it possible to treat almost 75% of our patients for free. This year we need 3.6 billion rupees to help those who cannot afford to pay for their own treatment. While the revenue from the Hospital's diagnostic services has always, and continues to be, utilized for our expansion projects, it is your Zakat that is the hope of life for our poor cancer patients. Donate generously to SKMCH&RC this Ramadan and help us keep this hope alive.

As to date the Hospital has spent over Rs. 15 billion (US $ 198 million) in providing state-of-the-art treatment facilities to patients from all over the country. We have embarked upon a number of expansion projects across Pakistan and need your support to continue with the mission now more than ever.

The Sponsor-a-Cancer Patient Campaign allows you to directly undertake the responsibility of treatment of poor cancer patients for whom the disease cancer is the ultimate symbol of hopelessness. You can participate in this campaign by sponsoring the treatment of cancer patients and help to make the difference between life and death.
