Matrix!!

This is going to be my Matrix page that will be dedicated to the Matrix series and all of it's goodness.

I will start out by summing up what the Matrix is, and how the movie went, as best as possible, without giving away TOO much, for the people that haven't seen the Matrix yet.

    The Matrix is a computer generated 'dream world' in which people believe that they are living out there lives in a real world when they are really in pods filled with red goop and are being used to power the Machines that took over the Earth a couple hundred years before. But they don't know that.

    Zion, is a city populated by the people who rejected the Matrix program. When the Matrix was first created, a person was born inside that had the power to change the Matrix as he saw fit, the first 'Neo' in other words. This 'Neo' was the guy who started Zion. He freed the people who didn't want to be enslaved and they started Zion. Zion has now grown and there are people who are born IN Zion.

    Agents are sentient programs that can move in and out of any program still hard wired to there system. Basically, they can take over any human still in a pod. So, as Morpheus states so well, "They are everyone and they are no one." They seem to have superhuman powers but those powers are still based on rules and for them, they can't be broken. But because Neo is human, and a hacker, those rules can be bent, and even broken, which is how he will succeed in defeating the Agents and bring around the down fall of the Matrix. But will he? You must watch the movies!

    The Matrix movie starts off as Mr. Anderson, "Neo", is told to follow a white rabbit by his computer. He does and he meets Trinity. She tells him that there is more out there and that if he wants to know what the Matrix is, she can help him. The next day, at his work, he is called by Morpheus. He tells him that if he wants to know what the matrix is, he must do as he says. During the rest of the movie, it is how he learns about the Matrix and how to fight Agents. I won't tell you any more about the movie because if you haven't seen it, SEE IT!! You're missing out if you haven't.

    This is a brief summary of the Matrix trilogy and is meant so as not to give too much away to people who haven't seen the movies yet, because they should!!
