Recipies


Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients:

Blender
1 cup of each type of fruit you want
1 cup of milk
6-8 ice cubes

Directions:

Add all together in blender
Blend until smooth


Sweet Bread Spread

Ingredients:

Handful of Choco Chips
1-2 Marshmallows
Spoonful of Peanut Butter
Toasted Bread

Directions:

Melt together a handful of chocolate chips
one or two marshmallows
and a spoonful of peanut butter.
Spread on some toasted bread.

Rainbow Fizz

Ingredients:

2 Scoops of Rainbow Sherbert
1 Cup of Sprite or 7UP or Sierra Mist
Blender

Directions:

Put 2 scoops of rainbow sherbet and
1 cup Sprite or 7Up or Sierra Mist into a blender. Cover it
and ask an adult to help you mix it till it
looks soft, like a milkshake. This drink is really good
for when you're just so thirsty or very hot.
It also makes a good punch for a party.


Apple Bagels

Ingredients:

One Slice of Cheese
Cut-up Apples
Oven
Pinch of Cinnamon or Cinnamon Sugar

Directions:

Place one slice of cheese on half a bagel.
Add some cut-up apples,
and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for six minutes.




Crafts


Oatmeal Soap

Materials:

1 bar of soap
plastic bag
hammer
bowl
1/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 teaspoon cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon water wax paper

Instructions:

Take a bar of soap and put it in a plastic bag.
Hammer and pound the soap bar until it is crushed.
Put the crushed soap into a bowl.
Break it into even smaller bits with your hands.
Measure 1/4 cup of crushed soap, 1/4 cup of oatmeal,
3/4 teaspoon of cooking oil, and 1/2 teaspoon of water.
Mix everything together and form it into a soap bar shape.
Let it set on wax paper for two to three days or until hard.
Then enjoy it in your next bath.
Oatmeal is good for your skin.




Yarn Creations

Materials:

carboard
yarn
scissors

Instructions:

Cut the cardboard into a circle. cut one-half-inch
slits about one inch apart on around the outside of the circle.
Tie a knot in the end of the yarn
slip it through one of the slits.
Weave the yarn across the circle through
the slit directly opposite the slit you started with.
Keep weaving until you're happy with your design.
