| Current Setup: Telescope: Meade LX-10 8 inch Schmidt-Cassegrain. f/10 - most images taken with Meade f/3.3 focal reducer Guidescope: Astro Engineering 70mm refractor (f/10) Main Camera: Atik 16C cooled colour CCD camera. Usual method involves stacks of between 10 and 20 images, exposed for 3-10 min per image Guide Camera: Logitech Pro 4000 webcam Software: Lumenera capture software for main camera; K3CCD tools for autoguiding. Registax used for image stacking and initial processing. Photoshop 7.0 for image cleaning and processing |
