A kunoichi (female ninja), Kasumi was ordained as leader of the "Mugen Tenshin" style. Instead, she became a "runaway shinobi" in order that she might avenge the death of her older brother, Hayate. And though she finally met her long-lost brother in the last tournament, there was no way a runaway shinobi could return home in peace with her brother. Day after day she is forced to defend herself from attempts by highly skilled assassins. Then one day Kasumi learns that Hayate is to be at the DOA tournament. She decides to show up at the tournament herself so that she can see her brother just one more time.
My thoughts on Kasumi
*drools* Sweet Kasumi. She is as dangerous as she is beautiful. I mean, if you've played the games, you have to have seen her kick some ass at least once, right? *nods* Of all the DoA girls, Kasumi is my all-time favourite. ((Right alongside Helena, of course!)) Her character is pretty tragic though. The poor girl is always getting assassins sent after her and all. And by her own BROTHER nonetheless. And Ayane ((her half-sister)) is a very naughty girl, despite her hottness. It's almost as if the poor girl has no friends at all. Oh well, I suppose she can hold her own. For the most part, anyway. Fight on, Kasumi!! ^_^
