| Being raised in Flushing, Queens and then moving to Boston doesn't make it hard for me to hate the Yankees. But people need reasons, like all those bangwagoners need reasons for why I hate the team they love, well, they can be satisfied now. Keep bragging about your tradi-tions and winnings, but face it, the Yankees are the richest baseball club. In fact, when they joined hands with Manchester United FA of England ( I have some words for that stupid Brit Soccer team later), they are the richest coorporation for profes-sional sports. So winnnig isn't quite difficult now just like it isn't for that damn soccer club. So all you can do is purchase, Clemens, Mussina, half of your team, wait, all your team, and the latest being Giambi, what a sucker he is. So money keeps pour-ing into the Yankees and leaking out of small market clubs like the Royals, Twins, etc. Now we have to get rid of the Expos b/c of the Yankees! Not that I care for the Expos , but it absolutely hurts baseball. Baseball will die one day becuause of the Yankees and then people will realize how evil that organization is and they will say it with me, Yankees Suck! |

| If Jose Reyes and Cliff Floyd could stop getting injured and come back to the lineup. Things are really tough right now, as the Mets split a series with the lowly Expos. Before that? Oh yeah, were swept by the Pirates, the freakin' Priates. Piazza and Spencer are the only ones who are hitting anything, and it's not looking good. | We may never know, it is Boston after all. The Bruins just choked in the playoffs, and the Celtics had a hard time finishing off those Sixers. One thing is for sure, the Boston curse can be forgotten. After the Blazing Patriots stormed the playoffs and came away with the trophy, Boston maybe back on the national horizon in terms of winning. You would think it should be time, after 84 years. So far so good for Red Sox nation as they atop the AL East, but the devils, aka yankees are still close behind. Maybe we'll need an injury to Clemens, that evil evil man. Stay tuned and we'll figure out if the new management is a contender or a bust. It is afer all, the Red Sox. |
