Is it just me, or does this kinda look like they're doing a PSA announcement? Eh, guess I watched too many cartoons in the 80s. This shot is from "The X-Factor", the episode responsible for giving me the idea of Scott/Kurt slash in the first place. For those of you with bad long term memory, this was the scene where a guilt-ridden Kurt ties to leave the Institute, only to find Scott right behind him. After showing Kurt his... jet, Scott tells him it's what inside that counts. =P Okay, maybe it was a PSA announcement. Anyways, this was a great moment for both of the characters. You get to see sides of the characters that tend to be overlooked by both the writers and the fans. You see the vulnerable side to Kurt that I find particuarily heartwrenching, and you see that Scott has a much, much, warmer side then you thought at first, with a bit a dry humor thrown in. Yeah, the fans tend to ignore that side of Scott. ;_;

Um... nothing particuarily noteworthy here. Still, there is an unwritten law you have to have a picture of the two characters you're slashing just standing together somewhere, so I figured this was a good place to put mine. The artwork here is very nice, though, don't you think? I wish I could remember the title, but it escapes me right now. This was Sabretooth and Shadowcat's premiere episode, I remember that much. Meow. ^^

This shot is from that same episode with that damn forgetable title as above. Wolvie's bike was about to crash down on the boys, and they had to resort to fear hugging to escape to safety. The Scott Car, however, wasn't nearly as fortunate. ;_; Anyways, this scene seems to stand out in people's minds as the one and only bit of evidence, which is kind of a shame, since as I will prove to you (even if it kills us both), there is a lot more to support Scott/Kurt. Hey, is it just me, or does it look like a giant Twinkie is trying to kill them?

This shot is from the episode "The Middleverse", which is a personal favorite, since it focused heavily on Kurt and Scott's realationship. Sadly, there wasn't much physical interaction, seeing how Kurt was stuck in an alternate universe and such. But what interaction they did have was pure gold. As you can tell from the photo, Scott is busy getting himself some tail, both literally and figuratively. It's also important to note that this clip was in the theme song for two years--- and the writers are trying to tell us Scott gets with Jean?*^^*

"I swear, all three of them were dead when I got there!" Kurt screamed shrilly.
Um... yeah, that was my sense of humor. This is from "Walk on the Wildside", or as I like to call it, "Marvel's gift to heterosexual and bisexual adolescent boys everywhere". I must say this bit of guy/guy action was refreshing with all the femme slashing running rampant. ^^ Wow, it really looks like Scott's trying to cause the elf bodily harm, doesn't it? I swear, it doesn't look this squicky in the cartoon. Uh, it does actually.

This is also from "Walk on the Wildside". You know what this shot reminds me of? Lucy and Snoopy. Remember that movie where Snoopy decided to return to his ailing, former owner? I think that's the right one. Anyways, Snoopy is saying farewell to his friends, and Lucy does the "Beep!" thing on his nose, which she said earlier you do if you like someone very much. I keep expecting Scott to do that here.

Sigh... I'd like to say this picture was "domestic bliss" or something goofy like that, but truth be told, it's actually a very sad scene. The shot is from the episode, "Badda Bing, Badda BOOM", where Kurt gets a crush on, and his heart broken by, Tabitha/Boom Boom, the most annoying character to ever exist in any type of Marvel fandom, 'nuff said. Okay, I'll try to be more objective now. Anyways we get some more hurt/comfort bewteen the boys, but we don't get a happy ending this time. Sad, but not every ending is happy. On a more slashy note, when Rogue comforted Kurt on his balcony, we see her leave. We don't see Scott leave. For all we know, he might've stayed a lot longer than she did... or the night. ^___^

If nothing else convinces you of the Scott/Kurt subtext, this photo will. This is my absoulute favorite shot ever. I love it to death. It suits the characters perfectly, and proves that sometimes a visual can say so much more that dialogue ever could. Scott's pretty much nuzzling him at this moment, and I'm in love with the slightly wistful look on his face. There's sooo much going on that's being left unsaid... and um, it's from the episode, "The X-Factor".
