		Jupiter chess engine

Jupiter is a winboard chess engine. I wanted to name it Mars, but the rater large exefile made me rename it.It has been build to play other engines, so it doesn't support movenow, hint etc. It will come in a later version I have tested it in winboard where it works fine, but it has a problem playing black in Arena. That will be fixed in a later version. At the moment the evaluation consist of only piece and piecesquare values. The search is alphabeta and quiescent (captures and check when capture) This gives are rather weak engine.
