"If the dog wags the tail, then the tail could wag the dog." The idea of this site came about when a teacher (Ms. Russell) recommended the movie. My sister, the creatoor of this site, then borrowed it from her. The VCD spurred her on to greater achievements, to look at the world in a new light, and most of all, create this Wag the Dog site, which I, the under-acheiving (yet, realistic) twin am trying to find out what I'm really capable of during my lifetime.
