at the Worldconvention in JAPAN,2007;

Miss SOLAR SYSTEM.

An entrant in the Miss Universe competition representing all our home planets.
She is 4.6 billion years old and her hobbies include expanding her horizons, meeting new people[s] and saving the planet[s]

Each panel of the skirt is decorated for one of the planets and they surround the sun as seen in the yolk of the bodice. A painting of the solar system as a whole appears on the back. The hat is a moon with comets and meteors falling from it. It is finished with a 'Kuiper Belt.'
The backgrounds are made up of similar sized triangles in a colour assosiated with the planet in mythology or traditon. Similarly a creature and a plant and usualy an object that has been used to represent the planet in some culture or literature. The astrological sign of the planet is shown in gold incorporated into the design where possible.

Terra; A blue green
pattern surrounded by 'clouds' with a selection
of plants and creatures to show the aundance of life.
Venus;Blue, a dolphin, rose and the Morning Star

Mars; Red, a wolf, shield and honeysuckle
Mercury; Purple, a caduceus, rooster and blue bells.

Pluto; Whilte and black, a poppy, butterfly and boat.
Uranus; Turquoise, an albatross and golden rod.
Neptune; Green, a hippogriff, trident and pine cone.

Jupiter; Violet, lightning, eagle, carnation and staff
Saturn;Brown, a scythe, viper and ivy.

The Wind Brings Music to the Earth
Here are photos of all the costumes in the sequence although the first was not shown due to time restrictions.

The mask seen here was made by ALAN CASH
but was too heavy to wear in the Masquerade so a simpler, lighter version was used.
Both followed the general design of The 'wind mask' of Quetzalcoatl as Ehecatl and The reverse shows the Sun God, Tonatiuh.
