| May 6th New Single Deatils. After much speculation on 'Song To Say Goodbye' to be the new UK single we can now confirm it will be 'Infra Red' which is set for release on June 19th. The singles will feature remixes of �Infra-red� by Hotel Persona, Nackt from Warren Suicide and Waltmann. The DVD single will feature the video, an exclusive making of the video documentary and a very special 8 minute version of the video for �Song to Say Goodbye�. WATCH IT! The UK TV exclusive showing of the �Infra-red� video can be seen on MTV2 from Monday - Friday all next week, starting Monday 8th May. | September 15th Placebo In Beijing Placebo played the Beijing Pop Festival in Chao Yang Park, Beijing last Sunday, 9th September. The reaction to the show by the Beijing audience was incredible and even the promoter felt a piece of history was being made! The band were completely overwhelmed by the reaction of the crowds. Brian commented: "Playing in a new country you never know what to expect, particularly in one whose culture is so different from our own. The crowd blew our minds with their energy and generosity and the concert remains one of the most enjoyable of the year, if not the whole album campaign" |

| September 25th Placebo Re-release info. 10th ANNIVERSARY REISSUE OF DEBUT ALBUM - OUT NOW On 25th September, Placebo will release a 10th anniversary re-mastered version of their classic eponymous debut. �Placebo� was originally released in July 1996 and went on to become one of THE seminal rock albums of the 1990s. The first single from the album, �Teenage Angst�, charted respectably at number 30. It was the second single from the album - �Nancy Boy� - which would set the Top 5 of the UK chart ablaze. �Nancy Boy� was a rallying call-to-arms for outrageous and androgynous boys and girls; an antidote and two-fingered gesture to the laddism of Britpop, resulting in a blistering TOTP performance. �Placebo� went on to go Platinum (300,000 sales) in the UK and sell over 750,000 worldwide, cementing the band�s place as one the truly great guitar-pop bands of the 1990s, which continues to this day - recent album �Meds� has sold one million-to-date, taking the band�s total sales to eight million. The album re-issue will feature the original album re-mastered, plus exclusive, previously unavailable demo �Paycheck�, and fan club only demo �Flesh Mechanic�. | November 16th Forum Errors Hi Everyone. Many of our regular members may have noticed that alot of things have gone missing from our posts/threads. I have been told that it is due to a server hard drive failure. The server has already tried to restore as much date (posts etc) as possible and more recent posts should be recovered in the next few days. New posts are not being displayed at the moment and anything posted from March 19th onwards is so far missing but my server support has said they are optimistic that they can restore the missing data within the next few days.
