Second Sight is designed and managed single handed and is updated regularly.
Second Sight first opened in February 2003 we were just a small site back then but over the last two years it has grown alot. In May 2003 I opened the forum 'This Picture' I opened this when the official forums closed as many fans had lost contact and had nowhere to post so we opened and now have many users. Our forums are small and friendly and that is the only part of the site that is managed by 2 people. Myself & Excalibur.
In March 2004 Second Sight was re-launched with more features and a new look, this new look attracted many more users to our site. Then in October 2004 I launched 'Placebo Features' A sister site which focused purely on features written by fans.
Earlier this year I decided that the whole site could do with renovating so I took 3 months to re-design the whole site and re-launch it. In september 2005 Second Sight was re-launched as Placebo Extreme.
Even though we have only been running since early 2003 Second Sight has been a huge success to Placebo fans worldwide and we now receive traffic weekly from 75 different countries.
Over the past 4 years Placebo Extreme has grown and grown. In 2005 it was once the most visited music website in China. Placebo Extreme has always received lot's of positive feedback and support from many different people (check credits)
In 2007 Placebo extreme was given it's current funky look as the whole site needed updating so I decided to change the look while I was at it.
