Karla made a mess when she made some espresso this morning, so her punishment was to play a game with me, and she chose Odin's Ravens, which surprised me.

Notes: It was the first time we'd played this in close to a year probably. We only played up to 10, because Karla was getting antsy after 3 rounds and I didn't want to push my luck.
The more I play this game the more strategy and depth I see in it. Instead of pushing for a quick victory, a player benefits by saving up cards and making a couple big plays late. Of course, if you wait too long, your opponent can really muck up your plans.
We play with the variant in which each player plays as many matching cards as possible to the Magic Way card, and the winner gets 3 points. I always made sure to be close in magic way points, but Karla was still able to come out on top. Sometimes, I would forget to add an extra tile to the end of the path, and I ended up giving Karla the win in the fourth round because of that. Scores per round:
| Round 1 | Round 2 | Round 3 | Round 4 | |
| Karla | 4 | 4 | 8 | 10 |
| Mike | 0 | 5 | 5 | 8 |
